Madaléna turned 2!

Baby Girl turned 2 this past Sunday, Dec 7th. This sweet, lil lass embraces life with all she's got. She loves placing smiles on the faces of the people who adore her. There is an inner clown just itching to emerge from her, she is just so much fun. One of her very favorite places to be is her Sunday school class, it's such a riot to watch her take herself to her class just bursting with excitement.

She absolutely cherishes each of her 3 siblings; they, in turn, cherish her; yes, even big sister Peyton-finally.

She is just such a delight & we couldn't be more pleased with having her in our family- indeed we were smiled upon when we were gifted with her 2 years ago!

My Baby Boy Turned 6!

Our Logi Bear turned 6 years old on 11.30!
Goodness, it feels like not so long ago I was sitting in my hospital bed staring at this small wonder that partied like a rock star in my belly for
37 weeks & 5 days. He was such a tiny lil man.
Ever since he was born he has been in such a hurry to be a big kid!
Today he said he can't wait to be "60 hundred"
~aw the boy can sure dream, can't he?
He is such a good boy & we are so very proud of him.
Every day with this young fella is a true treasure.
He is soaring academically in Kindergarten, now if only he can shed the ants in his pants he would be a dream student.
Overall he is quite an amazing young man & we are honored to call him our son!

Gavin Anthony is 5 Months!

Gavinci turned 5 months on 11.28.

He is a delightful lil man & we couldn't be more pleased with him. Such an easy going disposition. His inner clown is emerging. He will be sitting there & we make eye contact with him & he will just start laughing- it is quite contagious. He has so many tickle spots, too! This boy has the most beautiful laughter! He has begun making many vocal sounds & can rally himself up a good chatter.

We didn't get many poses as he was NOT into his photo shoot.

This is our 15 year old nephew, Trinton. It seems like just yesterday he was the age Gavin is!
Life is bittersweet how fast it goes.

cancer for the past 4 years. First in her breasts and so then she
had a double mastectomy then they thought she was rid of it and it
comes back into her bones. It then hit her liver. There was no more
hope for her recovering. So her brother contacted Karamono's in
Detroit which is a cancer center. Since then she has been
improving. Her cancer is out of her liver but still in her bones.
She's on Chemo every week but it has left her with several unpaid
medical bills. I am holding a raffle at my store for $1.00 tickets.

after 14 days I will pick the name by drawing from a hat/container.

I am Soooo NOT Ready!!!!!!!

It is really hitting me! My Beautiful Baby Boy, whom I feel like I just brought home from the hospital is beginning Kindergarten tomorrow?! Oh My Goodness, when did this creep up on us? How?! Sure we've had him in PreK the past 2 years, but he was still allowed to be a lil guy-right?

Kindergarten has changed from when I was a tyke, it's now the new 1st & 2nd grade. Oh My Baby!!! I don't want to let go!!! This is the start of the every-year-is-blurred-together-until-12th-year-graduation phase!

Slow down life, I want to get off this tour & enjoy the scenery! I want to pick my baby boy up without feeling like I am going to need a protein shake before hand & a masseuse after wards. I want to snuggle him in the crook of my arms. I want to nurse him again & hear his soft infant coos & heck even wails!

I can still remember the party he was throwing in my uterus. He is ready to take that party on the road. That boy is vivacious & energetic. I pray his teacher is ready for my super cool dude! He's one in a TRILLION! I've NEVER known ANYONE with the heart that he has & the thinking that he does. He is an AMAZING & SPIRITED young man! Wise beyond his years~that is a double edge sword for him, it gets him in trouble a lot!

He'll do great, he is a socialite & quite independent. He is sooo ready!~ I, on the other hand, am Sooo NOT!!!!
